How we handle your data, and ours.
What we commit to when we build and run a system on your data, what this website collects, and where to find the corporate policies a procurement team will ask for.
Security and data handling in an engagement
Enhansd is the production AI division of Delta Technology, a 20-year engineering and managed-services business operating an information security management system certified to ISO 27001, with delivery processes assessed under CMMI. The same controls, people and audit trail apply to Enhansd work.
Where your data lives
Client production data stays in the client's environment unless the contract says otherwise. Where we need a working copy during discovery, it is a defined slice, held in an environment agreed in writing, with access limited to the named engineers on the engagement, and deleted or returned at the end of the sprint on the schedule the contract sets.
Access and people
Every engagement has named engineers you can meet. Access is granted per person, per system, for the duration of the work, and reviewed when the team changes. Delivery is from Hyderabad under the same management system, with commercial leadership in London.
Models and third parties
Models are chosen for the decision and run where the contract allows, in your cloud, in ours, or through a model provider under a data processing agreement. Which provider, where, and what they may and may not do with the data are written down before any of your data reaches them. Sub-processors are listed in the data processing agreement.
In writing, before work starts
- Scope, price and acceptance criteria for the step.
- Where data is held, who can reach it and when it is deleted.
- Answers to your security and data-handling questionnaire.
- A data processing agreement, where personal data is involved.
Security questions during procurement are answered in writing by the people who will run the system. Ask through hello@enhansd.solutions.
Privacy notice for this website
What we collect and why
- The contact form: your work email, your company and the problem you describe. We use these to reply to you. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you chose to make.
- The demonstration unlock: your email address and which demonstration you opened. We use these to send one message about what we build, and no more unless you ask. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw by replying to that message or writing to us.
- The questions you type into the "describe one problem" box and the Ask panels inside the demonstrations, with the answer given, the time, the page, the referring site, your browser language and screen size, and a random visitor identifier. If you have left an email address at the gate, it is attached to those questions. We read them to understand what visitors are trying to solve and to improve the answers, and we may use the email address to follow up once; they are kept for twelve months. When the live assistant is switched on, the text is also sent through our hosting function to our model provider, Anthropic, to generate the reply. Do not type personal data about other people into these boxes. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and answering the enquiries made on this site.
- Usage analytics, where enabled: page views and the events on this site (which screen you reached, whether a demonstration was opened, whether the form was sent), collected without cookies and without identifying you. We use this to see what the site does and does not explain well.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability, including IP addresses, for a short period set by the provider.
Who processes it
Our website host (form submissions and logs), our analytics provider where enabled, our model provider where the live assistant is enabled, and our email system. Each acts under a contract that limits what they may do with the data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and unlock records for twelve months after the last contact, unless a conversation has become an engagement, in which case the contract governs. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to our use of it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@enhansd.solutions. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Terms of use
The demonstrations on this site run on synthetic data for fictional operators. The figures they show illustrate what an application of that kind does and are not results we are promising you. No client data appears on this site. Results quoted for past work are specific to those engagements.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; the scope, price and terms of any work are set out in a written agreement. The content, design and code of this site belong to Delta Technology unless stated otherwise. Photography is by Unsplash contributors under the Unsplash licence.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it as it is, without warranty, and are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Corporate policies

Request any of these from hello@enhansd.solutions. We reply within two working days.
